一人前は所詮一人前。
一流の人とどこで差がつくかといえば、やはり一人前になってからの努力というのは言えるように思います。一人前になったということでそこで安堵して、現状維持でOKとするか、さらに上を目指し、高みを目指そうとするか、まぁ、それは人それぞれでしょう。出世→しあわせとは言い切れなかったりもしますし、努力して現状維持がせいいっぱいという場合もあると思いますし･･････。
とはいえ、ネガティブに考えてもしょうがないですからね。一流を目指すなら努力を続ける。努力を続けられる人が一流になっているということで、頑張ればよいのではないかと。
